以社会资本为视角浅析如何推动民间妇女组织的发展

A Brief Analysis of Ways to Promote Nongovernmental Women Organization from the View of Social Capital

近几十年来,一场以非营利组织为主体的"结社革命"正影响和席卷着中国大地,在全球及我国民间组织发展的大背景下,妇女中的精英和积极分子率先组织起来,成立了各种妇女组织,其中,更能体现专业性、行业性、草根性的民间妇女组织自1995年前后出现以来更是快速成长,并在维护妇女权益、解决婚姻家庭和贫困问题等方面发挥了重要作用。但目前民间妇女组织面临的经费不足、缺乏专业管理人才和完善的管理机制、缺乏监督、缺乏社会公信度和影响力等问题严重制约了其发展,所以,在我国公民社会兴起发展的大环境下,探索民间妇女组织如何通过社会资本的建构提高资源动员能力、创造良好的发展环境已成为重要的研究课题。

In recent years,a ＂Association Revolution＂ whose main body is non-profitable organization has been influencing and running through China.Under background of the development of global and Chinese local organizations,the elite and positive women set up various women organizations.Nongovernmental women organizations appearing in 1995 developed rapidly which are representatives of specialty,profession and popularization,and they exerted great influence in the protection of women rights,and the solution of family and poverty problems.However,at present,inadequate fund,insufficient professional manager and management system,lacking social credit and influence restrict their development.Thus under the circumstances of the civilian society,the exploration of nongovernmental women organizations＇ ways to promote resources mobilized ability by the construction of social capital,create favorable environment have turned into important research theme.
