摘要
近年来我国大力开拓国际石油市场,走向海外的石油企业越来越多。为了带动当地经济发展,扩大就业,降低公共安全风险,减少企业用工成本,石油涉外企业努力推进雇员当地化进程,越来越多的当地雇员加入到涉外石油企业。由于社会、文化、宗教信仰、语言等差异,以及缺乏涉外雇员管理经验、缺乏对当地劳动法相关知识的了解等原因,导致雇员罢工、用工赔偿等劳务纠纷日益增加,给企业带来了巨大经济损失,也严重影响了企业的国际形象。推进雇员当地化、国际化进程,加强雇员管理,减少劳务纠纷,已成为涉外石油企业面临的重大问题,为此对雇员管理中发生劳务纠纷的因素进行了归纳分析,并介绍了涉外企业雇员国际化管理的可行措施和做法。
Our country has energetically opened up the international petroleum marketplace in recent years and the petroleum enterprises toward overseas are more and more.For driving the local economic growth,expanding the employment,reducing common safe risk,decreasing enterprise labor cost,the petroleum enterprises concerning foreign affairs have made great efforts to push forward the employee local-rization,more and more local employees have joined to the petroleum enterprises concerning foreign affairs.Since the reasons of differences such as society,culture,religious belief,language and etc,and being short of foreign employee managing experience and relevance knowledge of acquaintance to local labor law,the labor service disputes such as the employee strike and the labor reparation are increases more and more,which has brought about enormous economic losses on the enterprise concerning foreign affairs and also affected the enterprise international image.Pushing forward the employee local-rization and internationalization course,enhancing employee administration and decreasing labor disputes have already become a major facing issue for the petroleum enterprises concerning foreign affairs.For this purpose,the authors summarized and analyzed the factors of the labor service disputes happened in the employee management and introduced the feasible measures and methods of the internationalization for the enterprise employee management.
