为了研制出更适合国内市场需要的轻烃分析仪器,在对国内外现有仪器和技术全面调研的基础上,提出了QT-3000型轻烃分析仪的设计方案:色谱分析柱箱采用近室温控制、热平衡转移技术和独创的中空金属壳柱箱结构,以实现降温速度快、控温精确、分析速度快和周期短的目标;独有的水驱动采样六通阀系统,有利于降低前一样品对后一样品分析结果的影响。大量的室内测试及录井现场的试验性应用证实,该方案具备较高的创新性,仪器性能指标达到了设计要求,加之较高的性价比,具备较好的市场推广应用价值。

In order to develop the light hydrocarbon analyzer which is more suitable for the demand of domestic market,the authors put forward the design proposal of QT-3000 Light Hydrocarbon Analyzer on the basis of a comprehensive investigation and research for the current instruments and technique at home and abroad,which is that the thermostated container of the chromatographic column is controlled by near room temperature,thermal equilibrium transition technique and original hollow structure to realize the aims of rapidly cooling,accurately controlling temperature,fast analyzing and shorter period.The unique six way-valve sampling system with water driving is favorable to reducing the effect of the former sample on the analyzed results of the following samples.The mass laboratory test and experimental application of field mud logging proved that this approach has creativity,the performance criteria of instrument has attained the designed requirements,and its performance is good and the cost is lower,so that QT-3000 Light Hydrocarbon Analyzer has the values of spreading and application in markets.
