摘要
参照文献以2-羟基-1-萘甲醛为基础合成了含萘环结构的4种Salen-稀土配合物,研究了这4种配合物与DNA的相互作用.实验结果表明,配合物是以插入方式与DNA结合,与DNA的作用强度呈一定规律变化,原子序数越大,与DNA结合常数Kb越小.同时发现,与Salen–过渡金属配合物不同,Salen-稀土配合物在固体及非水溶剂中具有荧光,在水溶液中荧光强度减弱,但随着DNA浓度的增加,配合物荧光呈增大的趋势.
Four lanthanide complexes were synthesized by naphthalen-1-ylmethylene-2-Hyd-roxy and Lantha-nide(Ce,Eu,Tb,Yb).The interaction of these four kinds of complexes with calfthymus DNA was investigated by spectroscopic,fluorescence spectrum and viscosity measu-rements.Results of spectroscopic and viscosity measurements suggest that the four complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode,and the combination are strong.In the Results of fluorescence spectrum the more calfthymus DNA is added,the stronger of the fluorescence spectrum.
