以低碳经济、区域承载力和产业转移为理论指导,客观分析中部地区承接沿海产业转移的经济可持续发展能力,是中部地区合理承接沿海产业转移的前提和内在需要.准确把握资源约束和环境友好"两型社会"建设下的中部地区承接可持续发展能力指标体系,有利于全面评价中部六省的经济承载力差异和分级,有利于合理规划和布局沿海转移产业,有利于转移产业和中部地区的可持续发展.而引导沿海转移产业与中部地区产业优势对接、资源优势对接、区位有序对接等是实现中部地区承接可持续能力的重要保证.

Based on low-carbon economy,regional capacity and industrial transfer,the economic sustainable ability of central China was analysised,on undertake coastal areas＇ industry.It＇s the premise and inherent need of reasonable undertaken industrial transfer from coastal areas.To hold the index of central China undertake sustainable ability from restraint of resource and environment that＇s two-oriented society resource-saving and environment-friendly,six province of central China＇s difference of economic carrying,reasonable planning industry from coastal areas,and sustainable development of central China＇s industry,were good for evaluation.Finally,to guide the transfer industry orderly undertaken is the guarantee for sustainable development.
