静电纺丝法制备LaMO_3(M=Co,Fe,Mn)纳米纤维及其表征

摘要 采用静电纺丝法结合溶胶-凝胶技术制备了钙钛矿型过渡金属氧化物LaMO3(M=Co,Fe,Mn)纳米纤维.并应用热重(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外变换光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对所制备的纳米纤维进行了表征.结果表明,焙烧温度对纳米纤维的相结构和形貌有着显著的影响.在600℃焙烧2 h后,钙钛矿结构已基本形成.纤维直径随焙烧温度的升高而减小,经700℃焙烧2 h制得的目标纳米纤维的直径为50~200 nm. Perovskite-type transitional metal oxides LaMO3(M=Co,Fe,Mn) nanofibers are successfully fabricated by electrospinning combined with sol-gel technology.The as-prepared nanofibers are characterized by TGA,XRD,FTIR and SEM.The experimental results show that the calcination temperature has remarkablely influences on the phase structure and morphology of the nanofibers.Perovskite structure is basically formed after calcination at 600 ℃ for 2 h.The diameters of nanofibers decrease with the increase of calcination temperaute,and the diameters for the resulting nanofibers calcined at 700 ℃ for 2 h range from 50 to 200 nm.
