A Tentative Exploration of Protecting Children’s Privacy

隐私权作为公民一项重要的人身权利，已被社会广泛接受。在园幼儿作为自然人中的特殊群体，也应享有隐私权，其主要内容包括幼儿的个人信息、私人领域、生活情事或经历等。根据我国现行法律的相关规定，幼儿管理者应采取有效措施，保护幼儿的隐私权不受侵犯。

As an important citizen＇s personal right, privacy has been widely accepted by society. Though children in kindergartens are special group of natural persons, they should also be entitled to privacy which mainly includes personal information, private sectors, and life experiences. According to the relevant laws in China, children managers should take effective measures to protect children from privacy offense.
