摘要
对高职服装工艺技术专业递进式顶岗实践教学进行探索并实践,分析了如何实现教学和企业岗位的直接对接,使学生逐步提高岗位职业能力、企业适应能力和职业素养,自然地完成学生角色向企业员工角色的转变,切实提高教学质量。
Through the exploration and practice of progressive working-on-a-regular-post practical teaching of garment processing technology specialty in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the ways to realize the direct link between teaching and enterprise posts so as to gradually increase students' post professional abilities,enterprise adaptability and professional quality,to naturally achieve the changing of role from a student to an enterprise employee and to substantially improve the teaching quality.
