摘要
服务意识是服务工作的灵魂,直接影响着服务质量的好坏,对旅游业的发展有着重要的意义和影响。文章通过对旅游服务意识存在问题的分析,提出了加强和改进对策。文章呼吁通过旅游服务意识的改善和示范作用,引起社会的广泛认同,促进中国进入服务型的和谐社会。
Service consciousness is the soul of service work, directly affects the quality of service and has the vital significance and influence for the development of tourism. Through the overall of the existing problems in tourism service consciousness, this article draws the countermeasure analysis of enhancing the awareness of tourism services. Through the improvement and exemplary role of service consciousness, the paper appeals it can be widely recognized by the society and promotes the entry of China into a service - oriented harmonious society.
