试论加强高校学风建设的措施

On the measures strengthening the construction of study mood in universities and colleges

学风是一所学校的灵魂,是学校治学精神的体现和立校、强校之本,加强和改进高校学风建设,对于创建和谐校园,推动构建和谐社会的进程有着重要意义。但是,高校学风建设中却存在着多种问题,影响着学风正面功能的发挥。因此,高校应采取多种措施,加强学风建设。

Study mood is a kind of spirit of universities and colleges,which means an expression of academic atmos- phere and a fundamental for the development of higher institutions. So, strengthening the construction of study mood in universities and colleges is of an important significance to Harmony Campus and Harmony Society. But,there are some problems in the construction of study mood, which influences the playing of positive function of study mood. Therefore, we should adopt various measures to strengthen the construction of study mood in universities and colleges.
