摘要
学习自由是现代大学的核心教育理念,它把学生当成教育的主体,赋予学生自由选择的权利,因此是促进学生全面发展、培养学生创新能力的丰富土壤。学分制管理是实现学习自由的制度保障,文章由此提出应进一步深化学分制改革,实行弹性教学管理,着力体现学习自由理念的精髓。
The freedom of study is a core educational idea of modem universities. It treats the students as a main body in education, gives students the right of free choice of study, which is the fertile soil in promoting the students＇ full development and raising the students＇ innovation ability. Regarding the credit management system as the safeguard of study freedom, the author has proposed the measures such as deepening the reform of credit system, implementing the elastic teaching management to manifest the idea of study freedom.
