高校毕业生就业问题及对策研究

On the employment problem of college graduates and its countermeasures

随着我国高等教育从传统的精英教育进入大众化教育阶段,大学生就业中存在的各种矛盾更加突出,弱势群体的就业更加困难,高校毕业生就业成为亟待解决的重大社会问题。面对日益增长的毕业生人数和日趋激烈的竞争,无论是毕业生自己还是高等学校、企业、政府等都应该积极寻求解决高校毕业生就业难的对策,使高校毕业生找准自己的位置,实现自己的人生价值。

With the change of Chinese higher education from traditional Elite stage to Massification stage,the existing problems and contradiction of college graduates employment become more obvious. The employment of college graduates becomes an important social issue. Facing the increasing population of college graduates and keen competition, not only the graduates themselves ,but also universities, enterprises, and governments, should seek the countermeasures of employment difficulty. The graduates should find their correct places to realize their life value.
