大学生就业难的根本原因是高校人才培养与社会需求相脱节。作为高职院校,必须以就业为导向,主动采取多项措施,从专业建设、品牌效应、质量保障、宣传引导、校企合作、平台建设等方面入手,实现高校人才供给与社会需求的对接,促进大学生顺利就业。

The basic reason of employment difficulty of college students is the disconnection of talents training in universities and social needs. Vocational colleges should take the employment as a guide, adopt measures from specialty construction, brand effect, quality guarrantee, publicizing and guiding, cooperation of colleges and enterprises, platform construction,to realize the connection of talents supply and social need and improve the graduates employment.
