基于期望理论的高校学生学习积极性探究

On the study enthusiasm of college students from the perspectives of expectation

当代大学生的学习热情不高、学习积极性不强已成为摆在高校教师面前一个不容回避的现实问题。文章在期望理论的视角下,从学校、学生自身以及社会视角分析大学生学习积极性不高的现状及原因,并有针对性地提出运用期望理论激发大学生学习积极性的方法。

There is an unavoidable problem faced up by teachers that contemporary students in colleges have poor enthusiasm on study. Under the view of expectation theory, this paper analyses the current status of poor enthusiasm of students on study and its reasons from colleges, students themselves, and society, put forward some ways to increase the study enthusiasm of students by the application of the expectation theory.
