摘要
目的建立苦参中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以槐属二氢黄酮G为对照品，采用盐酸-镁粉显色体系，用分光光度法测定苦参总黄酮含量。结果槐属二氢黄酮G在5．8～29．0μg／ml范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系，回归方程为：A=0．0262C-0．0049（n：5．r=0．9998）平均回收率为97．5％，RSD为4．5％。结论该含量测定方法准确、简便、经济；是一种较理想的测定苦参中总黄酮含量的方法。
Objective To establish the determination method for the extraction of total flavonoids in the root of Sophora flavescens Ait. Methods The sophoraflavanone G was used as the authentic standard. The content of total flavonoids was determined by the HC1-Mg reaction colorimetry. Results The sophoraflavanone G calibration curve showed a good linear relationship at the ranger of 5.8 - 29.0 μg/ml, and the linear regression equation was A = 0. 026 2C - 0. 004 9 （n = 5, r =0.999 8）. The average recovery was 97.5%, with RSD being of 4.5%. Conclusion The established method was reliable and accurate. It can be used to determine the contents of total flavonoid in the root of Sophoraflavescens Air.
