摘要
目的利用外光谱法对不同产地两面针进行了研究,探讨不同产地的两面针样品不同部位的光谱特征,为快速鉴定两面针样品提供依据。方法采用衰减全反射傅立叶变换红外光谱法(ATR-FT-IR)分别对不同产地两面针主根和须根的内、外皮以及木部进行研究。结果不同产地的两面针样品红外光谱存在差异,来自同一产地的两面针样品不同部位的红外光谱也存在较大的差异。结论 ATR-FT-IR能快速、简便地鉴定不同产地的两面针药材。
Objective To study the Zanthoxylum nitidum from different places and probe into the spectrometical characters of various Zanthoxylum nitidum and the difference of their different parts, so as to provide foundation for fast indentifing Zanthoxylum nitidum samples. Methods The ATR-FT-IR method was used to analyze the spetrometrical characters of different part of Zanthoxylum nitidum. Results There were significant spetrometrical difference among diverse Zanthoxylum nitidum. The spetrometrical characters were also different among different parts of the same Zanthoxylum nitidum. Conclusion The ATR-FT-IR method can easily identify Zanthoxylum nitidum from different places.
