急性后极部多发性鳞状色素上皮病变临床分析

A Clinical Study of Acute Posterior Multifocal Placoid Pigment Epitheliopathy

目的：探讨急性后极部多发性鳞状色素上皮病变（ＡＰＭＰＰＥ） 的发病原因。方法：用眼底荧光血管造影（ＦＦＡ） 检查；患者血清免疫学检查。结果：４ 例８ 眼急性病变病灶早期为弱荧光，后期为强荧光。血清免疫球蛋白ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ 有不同程度升高，Ｃ３ 、Ｃ４ 有降低；５ 例９ 眼激素治疗效果良好。结论：本病为一种特殊的脉络膜炎性病变，可能与免疫有关。

Purpose:To investigate the cause of acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy (APMPPE). Methods:Observation with fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) and serum immunological examination.Results:At the acute stage of APMPPE the 8 eyes of 4 cases showed low fluorescence in the early phase and stained gradually in the end phase. Serum IgG and IgM were raised in different degree, however C 3 and C 4 were reduced.9 eyes of 5 cases showed good effect by hormone treatment. Condusion:The disease may be a special type of choroiditis and may be connected with immunity.
