摘要
目的建立了麝香草酚中有机残留溶剂异丙醇的气相色谱测定法。方法采用DB-毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×1μm),以氮气为载气,FID检测器,进样口温度为250℃,检测器温度为300℃。采用程序升温,柱温:40℃,保持8min,然后以30℃/min的速率升至200℃,测定残留溶剂异丙醇的含量。结果线性范围为9.8~196.6μg/ml(r=0.9997);方法的检出限(S/N=3)为1.5×10^-3平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.9%。结论本方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于麝香草酚中残留溶剂异丙醇的测定。
Objective To established a method for the determination of isopropanol in thymol by capillary gas chromatography. Method The DB-1 (30 m ×0.25 mm × 1 μm) was used as capillary column. The nitrogen was used as the carrier gas, and FID as detector. The injector temperature was 250℃, and the detector temperature was 300℃. The column temperature program was initially 40℃( hold for 8 min) and increased at the rate of 30℃/min to 240℃. The quantification of isopropanol was calculated by external standard method. Results The standard curves linear range was 9.8 -196.6 μg/ml( r =0. 999 7). The limits of detection was 1.5 × 10-3 μg (S/N = 3 ). The average recovery was 98. 1%, and RSD is 1.9%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, and repeatable. It can be u.sed to determine the organic solvent residue of isopropanol in Thymol.
