鹅蝥藿香粒天灸对过敏性鼻炎小鼠的实验研究

Experimental research of E'Mao Huoxiang Li's Tianjiu Point application on the allergic rhinitis small rats

目的:探讨鹅蝥藿香粒穴位敷贴对过敏性鼻炎小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、肥大细胞(MC)、IL-4、IgE的影响。方法:采用卵白蛋白(OVA)腹腔注射致敏与雾化吸入激发的方法建立小鼠过敏性鼻炎模型,将实验小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、天灸治疗组,观察各组症状,记录过敏潜伏期,对鼻黏膜组织做病检,并对EOS、MC计数,检测血清中IL-4和IgE的含量。结果:与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组和天灸治疗组对过敏性鼻炎潜伏期均有不同程度的延长作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),病理变化得到明显改善,EOS、MC、IL-4、IgE下调明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:鹅蝥藿香粒天灸对过敏性鼻炎模型小鼠有较好的治疗作用。

Objective：To investigate the effects of E＇Mao Huoxiang Li＇s Tianjiu Point application on the EOS,MC,IL-4,IgE of allergic rhinitis small rats.Methods： The ovalbumin（OVA） sensitization and inhalation intraperitoneal injection method was used to establish the allergic rhinitis model in mice.The experimental mice were randomly divided into 4 groups： control group,model control group,positive control group,Tianjiu Point treatment group.Symptoms were observed,allergy incubation period was recorded,and pathological examination of the nasal mucosa,EOS and MC counting and serum IL-4 and IgE levels examination were made.Results： Compared with model group,positive control group,Tianjiu Point treatment group prolonged the latency of allergic rhinitis in varying degrees（P0.05 or P0.01）,and there was a significant improvement in pathological changes,with EOS,MC,IL-4,IgE decreased significantly（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion： E＇Mao HuoXiang Li＇s Tianjiu Point application is effective on the allergic rhinitis animals.
