鼻炎散颗粒剂治疗新生儿鼻炎30例

Observation of effects of Rhinitis Granules treating 30 cases of neonatal rhinitis

目的:观察鼻炎散颗粒剂敷贴囟门治疗新生儿鼻炎的疗效。方法:我院自2008年5月至2010年6月在儿科门诊外治室用鼻炎散颗粒剂敷贴囟门治疗新生儿鼻炎30例,治疗2～4 d,观察对患儿鼻塞、流涕的治疗效果。结果:显效24例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率90%。结论:鼻炎散颗粒剂敷贴囟门治疗新生儿鼻炎,可较快改善新生儿的鼻塞、流涕症状,法简效宏,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effects of Rhinitis Granules treating neonatal rhinitis with fontanelle application.Methods： The pediatric patients coming to our hospital from May 2008 to June 2010 were treated with Rhinitis Granules by sticking on their fontanelles for 2 to 4 d,and the therapeutic effect of children with nasal congestion and runny nose were observed.Results： With 24 cases markedly,3 cases effective and 3 cases of no use,the total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion： By sticking Rhinitis Granules on children＇s fontanelles,the neonatal rhinitis nasal congestion and runny nose symptoms can be rapidly improved.Since the method is simple but efficient,it is worthy of promotion.
