摘要
利用PDA培养基+硫酸链霉素+虎红,对采自湖南沅江苎麻地的蛴螬绿僵菌进行了分离培养。经对菌落特征、菌丝、分生孢子梗及分生孢子的形态特征的观察。鉴定该虫生真菌为金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae),编号为Ma10。通过固体培养,比较了Ma10在三种不同培养上的特性。结果表明:Ma10的菌丝体在SDAY上生长最快;Ma10对碳源的选择性较高,在以葡萄糖为碳源时生长最快;在查氏培养基上的产孢量较大。
A Metarhizium Strain was isolated using PDA medium + streptomycin sulfate + tiger red from the muscardine cadaver of a grub collected from ramie field in Yuanjiang.Its colony characteristics were observed and described.The morphology of its mycelium,matured spores and conidiophores was observed under microscope.The strain was identified as Metarhizium anisopliae according to its cultural characteristics and morphology,and named Ma10.Cultivation characteristics of Ma10 on three mediums were compared.The results showed that the growth speed was highest on SDAY medium;Ma10 had high selectivity for carbon;the spores yield was the most on Czapek's medium.
