摘要
教学反思原本是教师自我发展的途径,能否有效地促进教师自我发展取决于诸多因素。部分教师认为教学反思是"负担",其自我发展动力几乎枯竭,即缺少问题的发现、缺少情感的体验、缺少细节的关注与缺少思想的碰撞。改变教师自我发展动力枯竭的状况,为教师发展注入动力,首先需要深刻领悟支持教师自我发展的反思所具备的主动性、细节性、对话性和生长性四个方面的特征;其次是真正实现关于教育教学、自身价值、职业角色和行为模式四个方面的观念重构。
Teaching reflection is original way of teacher for self development,but whether it can effectively promote teachers' self development depends on many factors.But teaching reflection are considered as "burden" by some teachers,its self-development dynamic almost dried up:namely lack of problem finding,lack of emotional experience,lack of attention and lack of an idea details of collision.In order to change the exhausted power of their self-development and provide freshness for teacher development,firstly we need to deeply understand four aspects of the features:initiative,details,dialogism and growth which can support teachers' reflection for their self-development.Secondly,it is the concept reconstruction concerning with education teaching,self value,professional roles and behavior patterns.
