Survey and research is a basic working system and method for our Party.Based on it,we should combine the basic principles of Marxism with China＇s specific conditions so as to develop the correct line,principles and policies,which can guarantee that our Party can lead the people of all nationalities to succeed in the revolution and construction under different difficult and complex situations.In the new historical period,we should do the survey and research with the guidance of the scientific outlook on development,which has great significance to a series of innovation activities of our Party.
