Based on the construction of Zhangjiakou highway information management platform,this paper explores the orientation and guiding ideology of highway information management platform construction,as well as overall planning of informatization in combination of the management practice with the reform of institution function.The risk and measures are analysed,which is aimed to build a highway integrated information management platform for practical management,and realize the ultimate goal of services business.
