摘要
本文从洪水生成的技术基础研究出发,系统研究了溃坝洪水波理论方程及其涌浪激波问题的数值模拟方法,并对洪水波防护对策和措施进行归纳总结,结合工程实际提出了全国六大水系洪水波防护对策和措施的重大课题,期望对我国重要江河安全防护和我军履行抗洪抢险任务时的战略决策和防护对策有参考意义。
This article researches in the theoreticalequation of the flood wave and the numerical simulation method of the surge wave based on the technological mechanism of flood generating.One of the major part deals with the shield measures of flood wave and puts forword the significant research issue on the shield measures of flood wave in our country’s six great river system.Author expects the research of this article can be helpful for making the strategic policy and for our country’s river safety.
