摘要
目的:探讨《黄帝内经》中"味"与气、阴阳、五行的相关性。方法:从文献学研究的角度,查阅先秦两汉时期相关文献,佐证提出的论点。结果与结论:《黄帝内经》天人合一的美学观念,直接指导着饮食养生观。倡导"上工治未病",倡导生态养生,饮食自然,不凝固在食物的事实,而在于身心与天地人社会文化的合和之妙。趣味在审美,止于大化与自然的包括精神的、躯体的健全生命。
Objective:To study the correlation in Huangdi Neijing "flavour" and gas,Yin and Yang,five elements.Methods:From the Angle of literatures study,looking for the pre-qin and double han period relative literatures,put forward to the notion.Results and conclusion:Huangdi Neijing syncretic of aesthetic concepts,directly guides health food view.Advocate "treating pre-disease",advocate ecological health,diet nature,not frozen in food facts,but lies in the body and mind of the social culture with earth fining and excellent.Interest in aesthetic,stoping in great culture and the natural perfect life(including of spiritual,the body).
