国医大师张学文教授运用温病理论治疗脑病的经验

Experience of National Chinese Medical Science Master Professor Zhang Xue-wen in Treating Cerebrovascular Disease from Febrile Disease Theory

目的:探讨国医大师张学文教授运用温病理论治疗脑病临床经验。方法:收集张学文教授运用温病理论及临床验案进行分析归纳。结果:张学文教授多用清心开窍法治疗中风昏迷;滋阴熄风法治疗颤证;化痰开窍法治疗中风失语;滋补肝肾、化痰逐瘀法治疗痴呆。结论:张学文教授运用温病理论治疗脑病疗效显著。

Objective：To summarize the experience of Master of TCM Zhang Xuewen in treating Cerebrovascular disease.Methods：Experience and febrile disease theory of professor Zhang Xue-wen was collected.Results：Treatment of stroke with a pure heart resuscitation coma;Treatment of tremor syndrome with nourish yin to subdue liver wind;Treatment of stroke aphasia with phlegm resuscitation;Treatment of dementia with nourishing liver and kidney or phlegm-resolving and blood-stasis-eliminating method.Conclusion：Professor Zhang Xuewen therapeutic use of warm disease theory encephalopathy significant effect.
