《黄帝内经》癫痫与癫狂之辨析

Analysis on Epilepsy and Mania in Huangdi Neijing

目的:辨析《黄帝内经》中关于癫痫与癫狂的论述。方法:通过对《黄帝内经》的研读、分析、探讨,总结癫痫与癫狂之异同,并综合《黄帝内经》多篇文章就癫痫与癫狂之病名、病证、治疗从文献方面进行了探讨。结果:《灵枢.癫狂》所言"癫疾"实属"癫痫",与通常所言精神错乱之"癫狂"的含义不同,癫狂之"癫"与癫痫之"癫"并非一病,两者应当分辨,概念不能混淆。结论:癫痫与癫狂虽病名、病因、病机等不同,但都属于情志疾病范畴,每每表现出思维、知觉、情感、动作等方面的障碍,故除针药为治外,摄护措施尤其重要。

Objective：To differentiate in Huangdi Neijing about epilepsy and mania discussed.Methods：Based on Huangdi＇s study,analysis,this paper discusses and summarizes epilepsy and mania similarities and differences.Results：The spirit,＂said barnado unbalanced＂ epilepsy disease ＂really＂ ＂epilepsy＂,and usually said the ＂insane＂ insanity and the meaning of the epilepsy is different,madness of epilepsy seizures is not a disease,both ought to distinguish,concepts cannot be confused,and comprehensive huangdi more article has epilepsy and mania of disease,disease and syndrome,treatment from literature was discussed.Conclusion：Epilepsy and mania disease,although the etiology and pathogenesis of different ways,but belong to modern disease categories,often show thinking,perception,emotional,movement,etc,so the obstacle for ZhiWai,except needle drug taken care,measures especially important.
