摘要
目的:观察参附强心胶囊对充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)大鼠血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)及一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响,探讨参附强心胶囊抑制心肌纤维化,治疗CHF的作用机制。方法:腹腔注射阿霉素(ADR)法复制CHF大鼠模型,采用放射免疫法测定ET的含量,硝酸还原酶法测定NO的含量。结果:模型组与空白组比较大鼠血浆ET、NO的含量均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经过治疗,各治疗组与模型组比较,大鼠血浆ET、NO水平均显著降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05、P<0.01)。参附强心胶囊高剂量组与阳性对照组(卡托普利)比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:参附强心胶囊能显著降低大鼠血浆ET、NO水平,具有阻止心肌纤维化的作用,是改善CHF的有效药物。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shenfu Qiangxin capsule on congestive heart failure(CHF) rats plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) level,this paper discusses the influence of the effect of Shenfu Qiangxin capsule inhibit myocardial fibrosis,the treatment of CHF mechanism.Methods:Intraperitoneal injection adriamycin method is used to copy CHF obtains in the rat model,radioimmunoassay measured ET,the content of nitrate reductase enzymatic determination content and NO.Results:Model group compared with blank rats plasma ET,the content of nitric oxide(NO) significantly upped.They have significant difference(P0.01),After treatment,the treatment group and model group comparison,rats plasma ET,NO level significant decreases,have significant difference(P0.05,P0.01).And the effect of Shenfu Qiangxin capsule high-dosage groups and positive control group has no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shenfu Qiangxin capsules can significantly reduce rat plasma ET,NO level,have prevent myocardial fibrosis role,is the effective medicine of improving CHF.
