中西医结合治疗血管性头痛临床研究

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Vascular Headache

目的:观察中西医结合治疗血管性头痛的疗效。方法:将58例患者按照随即数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组30例,给予中药加盐酸培他啶注射液、氟桂嗪胶囊治疗;对照组28例单以盐酸培他啶注射液、氟桂嗪胶囊治疗,7 d后观察两组疗效及经颅多普勒(TCD)变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率96.7%,明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗,能明显提高血管性头痛的疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of vascular headache.Methods：58 cases of patients according to immediately digital table method randomly were divided into two groups：30 cases,treatment group,giving Chinese medicine for the hydrochloric acid peiliangyou he acetamiprid injection and Fluorine guangxi work capsule treatment;The control group 28 cases of single hydrochloric acid pachycondyla he acetamiprid injection and Fluorine guangxi work capsule treatment,after two curative effect of 7d observation and transcranial doppler（TCD） changes.Results：Treatment group was better than control,the rate of efficient in treatment was 96.7.Conclusion：Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can obviously improve the curative effect of vascular headache.
