中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment Periappendicural Absecess

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效;方法:对16例应用中西医结合治疗的阑尾周围脓肿病人进行回顾性分析。结果:16例病人均痊愈或基本痊愈。结论:中西医结合治疗能迅速改善症状,缩短病程,减少脓肿切开引流几率,是一种安全且疗效良好的治疗方法。

Objective：To study the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment periappendicural absecess;Methods：Sixteen cases of application of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of periappendicural absecess patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Sixteen patients were recovered or functional recovery.Conclusion：Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can quickly improve symptoms,shorten course,reduce abscess incision and drainage chance,it is a kind of safety and efficacy of good treatment method.
