摘要
用辣椒素耗竭豚鼠离体支气管感觉神经肽(SNPs)后,观察支气管对缺氧及不同化学激动剂的反应变化。结果发现支气管对10% 氧产生的舒张反应显著增强(P< 0.05); 对10- 6 ~2×10- 4 m ol/L组胺(His)及10- 5 ~10- 4 m ol/L5-羟色胺(5-HT) 的收缩反应显著降低(均为P< 0.05), 而对10- 6 ~2×10- 4 m ol/L乙酰胆碱( Ach) 的收缩反应和异丙肾上腺素 (Isop) 的舒张反应均无明显改变。提示支气管C-感觉神经所释放的SNPs降低支气管对缺氧的反应性,增强对His和5-HT的反应性, 但不影响其对Isop 和Ach 的反应性。
After depleting the sensory neuropeptides ( SNPs) with capsaicin,the changes in the reaction of the guinea pig bronchi to 10% oxygen and to different agonists were observed in vitro. The results showed that the relaxant reaction of the bronchi to 10% oxygen was increased, and their responses to histamine (His, 10 -6 ~2×10 -4 mol/L) and serotonin (5-HT, 10 -5 ~10 -4 mol/L) decreased ( P <0 05), while the responses to acetylcholine (Ach) and isoproterenol( Isop) remained unchanged ( P >0 05). It is suggested that SNPs released from C sensory nerves in bronchi could reduce the bronchial reactivity to hypoxia and potentiate that to His and 5 HT, but they had no influence on the brochial reactivity to Ach and Isop.
