摘要
为了对煤矿封闭火区启封提供抉择支持,研究了以模糊数学理论为基础来确定安全启封系数的安全评价模型.建立了包括7个因素(如火区状态分析、火区治理等)的安全评价指标体系,编制了煤矿封闭火区的安全检查表,采用定性和定量相结合的层次分析法(AHP)确定各个因素的权重.依据所提出的模糊综合评价模型,结合义马矿区千秋煤矿2118l综放工作面的安全检查表,对该火区的安全现状进行了综合评价.实例应用表明:该方法的可操作性强,效果较好,与实际情况相符合,可以在煤矿火区的安全启封综合评价中广泛使用.
A fuzzy math evaluation method is developed to provide decision-making support for coal safety assessment of unsealing in fire area.The safety assessment model includes 7 factors(such as state analysis and governance with the fire area).The safety check list of unsealed fire area in colliery is composed,and the weighting factors for each input were determined using the qualitative and quantitative Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the provided evaluation model in combination with the safety checklist of Yima Qianqiu mine 2118l caving face,the method's rationality and reliability are proved.Moreover,the applying example indicates that the method can be used widely in the coal mine unsealed safety assessment.
