摘要
针对露天矿生产需要,建立了基于挖掘机生产能力最大化目标的单斗-卡车间断工艺采掘带宽度优化模型,并进行了实例研究.根据单斗-卡车工艺端工作面生产特点,建立了挖掘机生产能力与回转角度的函数关系,并给出了挖掘机内外回转角度最优值的求解方法;结合采掘带宽度计算公式可得出实现挖掘机产量最大化的采掘带宽度值.模型采用某露天矿25 m3单斗挖掘机配合172 t矿用自卸卡车的黄土剥离作业条件进行实例研究,验证了模型的可用性和露天矿现采用工艺参数的合理性.
In view of requirement of surface mine production,we establish the optimized model for cut width of shovel-truck system aiming at the maximum production and make a case study.According to the end workface characteristics of shovel-truck system,we establish the functional relationship between shovel production and revolution angle,obtaining the optimum value solving method of shovel revolution angle.Based on the design procedure of cut width,the cut width giving the maximum shovel production can be worked out.The production condition of soil overcastting in surface coal mine was used as case study in our research,in which the shovel is 25 m^3 and the truck is 172 t.The practicability of the optimized model and the rationality of parameters used in the surface coal mine were examined by the case study.
