摘要
为实现集装箱码头的自动化运转,运用Visual Basic 6.0软件开发平台,设计自动化集装箱码头实时监控系统.该系统通过工业以太网,结合开放式过程控制(OLE for Process Control,OPC)技术,实现上位机与S7-300 PLC的实时通信.经过集装箱码头装卸系统仿真模型实际运行验证,该实时监控系统达到设计目标,且具有稳定性和可靠性.
To realize the automation of container terminal operation,a real-time monitoring system of automatic container terminal is designed based on the software development platform of Visual Basic 6.0.The OLE for Process Control（OPC） technology is used to realize the real-time communication between PC and S7-300 PLC through the industrial Ethernet.The actual operation of the container terminal model shows that the real-time monitoring system has achieved the design target,and is of stability and reliability.
