In order to control risks during the operations of logistics outsourcing,a two-grade risk matrix is set up by adding an ＂attention＂ item and ＂quantitative risk grade＂ item to the traditional risk matrix.This method can solve the problem that application of traditional matrix often produces too many equivalent Borda values,and it is more applicable to logistics outsourcing operations.The empirical analysis of the ZHT-BBB logistics outsourcing operations shows that the model is of pertinence and applicability.
