摘要 目的大规模定制生产中的产品配置对有效管理产品数据、充分利用现有资源和快速实现产品的定制设计都具有十分重要的作用。方法在分析产品配置特点、作用和配置过程的基础上,结合产品配置公理化模型,研究了产品配置的实现过程。结果对大规模定制中产品配置的作用和特点进行了研究,分析了大规模定制中产品配置的两种作用方式——设计配置和营销配置,给出了大规模定制中产品配置的实现流程。结论提高已有产品资源的利用率,增强企业新产品的开发能力,满足多样化的客户需求,促进了现代信息技术在制造企业中的新应用和新发展。 Aim To study the product configuration(PC) in mass customization(MC) which plays an important role in effective management of product data,full utilization of the existed resources and fast implementation of product customization design of products. Methods Implementation process of product configuration is studied in combination with a theory model of product configuration after the features,functions and configuration process of product configuration are analyzed. Results Work modes and features of PC in MC are discussed,and two kinds of product configurations in MC,that is,configuration in design and configuration in marketing,are analyzed.The implementation process of product configuration in MC is also proposed and summarized. Conclusion The results show that PC in Mass Customization can improve resource utilization of existing products and enhance the ability to develop new products to meet diverse customer requirements as well as promote applications and developments of modern information technology in the manufacturing.
