肺气虚证与肺阳虚证大鼠血气分析及血液流变学比较 被引量:4

Comparison of Blood Gas Analysis and Blood Rheology between Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome and Lung Yang Deficiency Syndrome in Rats

摘要 目的探讨血气分析及血液流变学在肺气虚证和肺阳虚证大鼠中的变化及其作用。方法将雌雄Wistar大鼠30只随机分为对照组、肺气虚组、肺阳虚组,其中肺气虚证组模型单纯烟熏(香烟、锯末,0.5h/d),肺阳虚证组采用烟熏和寒冷刺激(0-2℃,每次2 h,每日2次),以上各组连续处理7周后取大鼠腹主动脉血,进行血气分析和血液流变学检测。结果与对照组比较,肺气虚证组和肺阳虚证组大鼠血液pH值降低,动脉氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PO2)和血氧饱和度(saturation of blood oxygen,SaO2)显著下降,而二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PCO2)显著升高(P〈0.05,或P〈0.01);且肺阳虚证组pH、PO2和SaO2显著低于肺气虚证组,PCO2显著高于肺气虚证组(P〈0.05,或P〈0.01)。与对照组比较,肺气虚证组、肺阳虚证组全血黏度高切、中切、低切和血浆黏度均显著增高(P〈0.05,或P〈0.01)。结论血气分析和血液流变学的异常改变为肺气虚证和肺阳虚证提供客观实验依据,且血气分析指标的异常可能是肺阳虚证区别肺气虚证的重要指标之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of blood gas analysis and blood rheology,and their roles in rats with lung qi deficiency syndrome and lung yang deficiency syndrome.Methods Thirty male and female Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,the lung qi deficiency syndrome(LQDS) group and lung yang deficiency syndrome(LYDS) group.Rats in the LQDS group were treated with smoke simply(including cigarettes,sawdust,0.5 h/d),while those in the LYDS group were treated with smoke and cold stimulation(0~2 ℃,2 h per time,2 times daily).After 7 consecutive weeks' treatment,abdominal aorta blood of rats was drawn,and blood gas was analyzed and hemorheology was detected.Results In the LQDS group and the LQYS group,the pH value of blood,partial pressure of oxygen(PO2),and saturation of blood oxygen(SaO2) were significantly decreased,while partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO2) was significantly increased compared with those in the control group.The pH value,PO2,and SaO2 were significantly lower,and PCO2 was significantly higher in the LYDS group than those in the LQDS group(P〈0.05,or P〈0.01).Compared with those in the control group,the whole blood viscosity(including high,middle and low viscosity rate),and plasma viscosity in the LQDS and LYDS groups were significantly increased(P〈0.05,or P〈0.01).Conclusion The abnormalities of blood gas and blood rheology can provide objective experimental evidences for LQDS and LYDS,and blood gas abnormalities may serve as one of the important indicators for the differences between LQDS and LYDS.
