正交试验法优选通窍活血颗粒剂的提取工艺

Optimization of Extraction Process for Tongqiao Huoxue Granules by Orthogonal Design

目的优选通窍活血颗粒剂的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以通窍活血颗粒剂中的干膏得率、芍药苷和羟基红花黄色素A含量作为考核指标,优选提取工艺中的加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数3个因素。结果优选出的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量的水,提取2次,第1次1.5 h,第2次1 h。结论该提取工艺稳定、可行。

Objective To optimize the extraction process for Tongqiao Huoxue Granules.Methods Orthogonal test was employed to optimize the extraction procedure,including the amount of water,extracting time and extracting times.The yield of dry extracts and the contents of paeoniflorin and hydroxy safflor yellow A were used as indexes.Results The optimized extracting process for Tongqiao Huoxue Granules was as follows： extracting two times with 8 times water,and decocting for 1.5 h at the first time,then 1 h at the second time.Conclusion This process is stable and feasible.
