摘要
为探讨甜瓜的耐盐性机制,比较了2个网纹甜瓜(‘春丽’和‘阿鲁斯春’)幼苗在不同浓度NaC(l0、50、100、150和200mmol/L)胁迫下幼苗生长量、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明:低浓度NaC(l50mmol/L)处理后,2个甜瓜幼苗的生长量、Fv/Fm、ETR、ФPSⅡ和qP值与对照比有所上升,随着盐浓度的增加,这些指标开始下降。相同浓度的NaCl处理对‘春丽’幼苗生长和叶绿素荧光参数的变化影响小于‘阿鲁斯春’。在0~200mmol/LNaCl胁迫下‘春丽’Pc平均值比‘阿鲁斯春’高,Hd所占比例低于‘阿鲁斯春’,两品种Ex平均值比较接近,这些数值的变化与甜瓜品种的耐盐性有关。
In order to explore salt tolerance mechanism of melon,the plant growth,chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in muskmelon seedlings were studied under 0,50,100,150 and200 mmol/L NaCl stress.The results showed that the plant growth,Fv/Fm,ETR,ФPSⅡand qP were increased under NaCl of 50 mmol/L stress.The plant growth and chlorophyll fluore scence characteristics o‘fChunli’was less affected than‘Alusichun’.Pc mean of‘Chunli’was more than‘Alusichun’,but Hd mean was reverse,Ex mean of two muskmelon cultivars was approaching under 0-200 mmol/L NaCl stress.The changes of plant growth and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics were related to salt tolerance of these muskmelon cultivars.
