摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,硝酸铈铵为引发剂,丙烯酸甲酯为单体,采用微波技术进行接枝反应,探讨引发剂浓度、单体浓度、接枝时间对接枝共聚反应的影响规律,用电镜观察形态。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳条件。微波功率选用解冻档位,单体浓度为1.5mol/L,引发剂的浓度为3.20×10-3mol/L,接枝时间以(30s+30s)形式6min,接枝百分率达到40.8%;通过电镜扫描对比观察,丙烯酸甲酯接枝到淀粉颗粒上。采用微波法可以制备玉米淀粉与丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚物。
We have study the graft copoly-merization initiated by microwave method,using corn starch as material,ceric ammonium nitrate as initiation,methyl acrylate as monomer.We studied the affection of initiator concentration,monomer concentration,grafting time on graft copolymerization.The conformation of graft copolymers was observed through Scanning electron microscope.The optimal conditions were determined by single factor and orthogonal test.Defrost power was selected,monomer concentration was 1.5 mol/L,initiator concentration was 3.20×10-3mol/L,grafting time 6 min in the form of(30 s+30 s),graft degree was40.8%;it was observed by Scanning electron microscope that methyl acrylate was grafted onto starch.The graft copolymers of methyl acrylate onto corn starch were obtained with microwave
