摘要
目的：评价子宫声学造影在诊断子宫疾病中的临床价值。方法：用生理盐水作为造影剂，对38例疑为子宫疾病的患者进行子宫声学造影检查。结果：子宫声学造影能较好地显示子宫腔，可直接显示粘膜下肌瘤、内膜息肉、内膜增生及肌壁间肌瘤的形态特点，诊断准确率为94.7％（36／38）。结论：子宫声学造影对子宫疾病的诊断有较高的实用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical Value of ultrasonohysterography in diagnsis of uterine diseases. Methods:38 patiens who were suspected to bave uterine disease were ednaed by ultrasonohyterograph with normal saline as contrast medium Results: The ultrasonohysterogrhad a better sound imag of uterine cavity than owhnary for ednation. It Pnaided direct views of the morpologic features of submucosal myoma, endometrial polyp, endointrial harpasia and intrainhal hystromorna. The diagnostic accuray rate was 94.7% (36/38). Conclusions: ultrasonohysterograhy is useful in diagnosis of uterine diseases.
