前列腺增生与肿瘤的CT表现对比研究

Comparative Study of CT Manifestations Between Prostatic Hyperplasia and Tumors

目的：对比观察前列腺增生与肿瘤CT表现，以便提高定性诊断率。方法：回顾性分析经病理及临床随访证实的23例前列腺增生与20例前列腺肿瘤CT表现作对比研究分析。结果：前列腺增生与肿瘤在大小、密度、形态、边缘、毗邻关系间存在着显著性差异。前列腺增生附表现，体积增大、密度均匀、边缘光滑清晰，不侵蚀周围邻近组织。前列腺肿瘤CT表现，体积不规则增大、密度不均、边缘模糊且结节状隆起、易累及膀航及精囊、膀胱精囊角变钝或者消失等。结论：前列腺增生与前列腺肿瘤CT表现有显著区别。

Objective: To study comparatively the CT manifestations of prosatic hyperpasia and tumors for the accurate diagnosis. MethaIs:23 cases 0f prostaic hyperpasia and 20 cases of tumors were studied retrospectively and their CT edstations were compared Results: There are signilican differences hetween prostatic hyperpasia and tumors in size, density, shape, outhne and relations to surrounding tissues. The CT signs of pmetatic hwrrpasia are eulargement of Prostate, homogncity in density, Smooth and sharp ouiline,and no invason of surrounding tissues. However, the CT featares of prostatic tumors are irregulax enlargment 0f ProState, inhomogeneity in density, unclear hanler with nodulax Protrusiom and invoivement of hiaddr and Sethenal vesicles. The angle between bladder and Seminal vesicles rnay heome smaller or even disappear. Conchaons: The CT mandestations of Prodric hyperpasia and tumors are of significan differences.
