摘要 猪肺炎双球菌能导致仔猪发生败血症和肺炎等,是一种重要的人兽共患病原菌。该研究运用实时荧光定量PCR新技术,针对肺炎双球菌(S.pn)的16S rRNA基因设计特异性引物,建立了一种快速准确诊断S.pn的荧光定量PCR方法。通过重复性、特异性和灵敏度等验证表明,该方法适用于S.pn的临床检测,为由S.pn引起的猪肺炎等疾病的快速诊断及采取相应的治疗措施提供了重要的技术支撑。 Streptococcus pneumoniae is the pathogen which leads to the pneumonia and septicemia of young pigs.This study applies a new technique,real-time florescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,to establish a rapid diagnostic method for detecting the S.pneumoniae by using a set of special primers for 16S rRNA gene.The validations of repeatability,specificity and sensitivity indicate that this method is suitable for clinical diagnosis of S.pneumoniae.
