摘要
对晚清时期农业变革的背景原因、内容影响等方面进行了梳理,认为面对中国传统农业出现的日益严重的危机和西方的经济冲击,为改变颓势,摆脱国用匮绌的窘境,晚清政府采取了一系列改良和发展农业的政策和措施,推动了传统农业的变革,主要表现在农务管理机构、农会组织、农业学堂、农事试验场和农业公司的建立上。这给后人留下了许多经验,引发了对当前中国农业建设的多方面思考。
This paper traced the backgrounds,content and other aspects of agricultural reform in the Late Qing Dynasty.The author believed that a series of transformations of the traditional agriculture took place in the Late Qing Dynasty that mainly displayed in the agricultural management offices,the peasant associations,the agricultural schools,the agricultural experiment stations and the agricultural companies.This had already left the precious experience and the profound lesson and had initiated Chinese to ponder current agricultural construction.
