胃食管显像评价慢性呼吸道疾病患儿的胃食管反流

The evaluation of gastroesophageal reflux in children with chronic respiratory diseases by radionuclide gastroesophageal imaging

目的用放射性核素胃食管显像评价慢性呼吸道疾病患儿胃食管反流（ＧＥＲ），并观察抗反流药西沙比利对该症的疗效。方法对４５例慢性呼吸道疾病患儿进行９９ＴｃｍＤＴＰＡ胃食管显像，并与８例正常儿童进行比较。对部分ＧＥＲ患儿经西沙比利治疗３个月后重复显像。结果发现２５例（５５％）患儿存在ＧＥＲ，８例正常儿童均不存在ＧＥＲ。对１０例ＧＥＲ患儿用西沙比利治疗３个月后，复查胃食管显像，发现７例患儿ＧＥＲ消失，同时呼吸道症状明显好转。结论慢性呼吸道疾病患儿中有相当一部分存在ＧＥＲ；用西沙比利治疗不仅可缓解ＧＥＲ，同时可改善呼吸系症状。
