摘要
文章对洛阳某金矿空气压缩机在生产过程中运行状况进行分析,从理论上进行空气压缩机能耗分析,得出了空气压缩机具有节能空间的结论;详细介绍了以变频器为驱动核心、采用压力变送器检测压力变化的空气压缩机恒压供气智能节能控制系统的硬件及软件设计。实际应用表明,该系统可实现空气压缩机恒压供气,且节能效果较明显。
It is analyse the operational state of an air compressor in the production process,in a certain gold mine in Luoyang,energy consumption analysis of an air compressor is analysed,the Theoretically.Energy saving of space in the air compressor can be concluded from above situation analysis.driver core is uesd as inverter is introduces detailed in the paper.And pressure transmitter is adopted to measure pressure changes of air compressor constant pressure gas supply.Design of software and hardware is realized to control system in the paper.The practical shew that system may realize energy saving effect obviously.
