摘要
随着我国经济的迅速发展,转型期的国内高校正处在矛盾突显期、问题突发期,高校危机呈现高发状态。媒体介入高校危机事件有时会放大事件影响程度和范围,使聚焦点急速上升并不同程度地损害学校形象,影响高校正常教科研工作的开展。因此高校必须强化危机管理,建立应对危机管理的有效机制,设置高校危机管理常设机构,引导高校管理层树立媒介危机管理意识,提高危机管理水平,以保证高校的健康发展。
Along with the rapid development of China’s economy,the contradictions and problems are highlighted in the domestic universities of transition period,showing a high incidence of university crisis.The interposing of media sometimes enlarges the extent and scope of events,increases the focal point,damages the image of the school to varying degrees,and influences the routine teaching and researching work.Therefore,universities must strengthen their crisis management,establish an effective mechanism,set up standing body to guide management layer to build up a sense of media crisis management,improve the level of management to ensure the healthy development of universities.
