摘要
通过对中国装备制造业1998—2009数据进行面板协整检验和完全修正最小二乘法(FMOLS)估计发现:产业集聚、技术溢出和TFP之间存在显著的面板协整关系,装备制造业的集聚区内存在显著的技术溢出,且产业集聚与技术溢出有助于提高该产业的生产率,技术溢出降低了集聚区企业的研发积极性;R&D投资将引起全要素生产率同方向的变化,且R&D对短期影响的调整速度较快,而产业集聚的调整速度较慢。在此基础上,给出了相应的政策建议。
Using the data of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry from 1998-2009,the authors have done a panel co-integration test and a fully modified OLS(FMOLS) analysis.We find that there is one kind of distinct panel co-integration relationship among industrial agglomeration,technology spillover and TFP,and there is technology spillover in the agglomeration area of the equipment manufacturing industry.In addition,industrial agglomeration and technology spillover are helpful to boost the productivity.But the technology spillover may reduce the enthusiasm of RD of the enterprises in agglomerate area,and the investment of RD will lead to total factor productivity change in the same direction,and the adjustment impact of RD is stronger on short-term,while the adjustment of industrial agglomeration is less weak.Finally,we put forward some corresponding suggestions.
