摘要
近年来,为适应东道国的社会文化差异,在当地市场获取竞争优势,跨国公司纷纷实施本土化战略,同时在其业务国建立企业大学,使得企业大学逐渐成为世界性的组织。企业大学作为跨国公司的重要组成部分,是跨国公司本土化战略的助推器。
In recent years,in order to adapt to the social and cultural differences of the host country and seek the competence advantages in the local market,the multinational corporations implement localization strategy one after another,at the same time,establish corporate universities in their service countries,enabled corporate universities to become the worldwide organizations.As an important part of MNC,corporate universities promote the implementation of multinational corporation's localization strategy.
